Hi, We have a problem reinstalling Java 7 on a Windows XP PC. Java is corrupt at needs reinstalling, but we are 1) unable to remove Java using "Remove Programs" from the control panel and 2) also unable to just update/reinstall it from a fresh install package. The error is displayed is the same in both cases: "Internal error 2318. ...." See attached screen dump. We can provide you with Teamviewer access to the PC.
