Freelancer Interviewer Required Industry: Technology Experience Level: Mid-level Expected Number of Candidates to be interviewed: minimum 50 to 60 interviews in a month Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in conducting interviews in the technology industry - Strong knowledge of technology trends and terminology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to evaluate candidates based on their technical skills and experience - Familiarity with different interview techniques and assessment methods - Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Responsibilities: - Conducting interviews with potential freelancers in the technology field - Assessing candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the project requirements - Providing detailed feedback and recommendations to the client regarding candidate selection - Collaborating with the client to identify the most suitable candidates for the project - Maintaining accurate records of interviews and candidate evaluations We are seeking a mid-level freelancer interviewer with experience in the technology industry to assist in conducting interviews for a minimum of 50 to 60 candidates per month in different skill sets like Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Software Developer , Front End Developer , Cloud Engineer , Java Developer etc. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of technology trends, and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
