JMS/Serialization/java.util.concurrent.* Java programmer

Looking for an expert JMS/Serialization/java.util.concurrent.* Java programmer. Must be a great profiler and super methodical tester. Ability to have a VOICE meeting (VoIP) at least 3 times/week for 2hrs @ 8AM GMT-6. Have about 2-3 months of work @ $3500/month, 40-50hrs/week. First month is on fixing difficult bugs on a complex and large JMS/multithreaded system. Also writing junit tests for a complex part of our system. This requires long hours of studying the production code-path so the junits can truly simulate all the permutations. Also profiling and identifying bottlenecks. This isn’t AJAX/tomcat/websie work. If you don’t have experience with multithreaded, JMS/event driven programming, this isn’t for you. Ideally, you’ve implemented some of Shirazi’s performance solutions or have experience with similar java techniques.
