Hi. I am a Java developer with extensive experience in Data Integration projects and building ETL processes (Extract, Transform, and Load) using both Talend for Data Integration and Talend for Big Data. Hands-on experience developing Talend jobs that connect to Hadoop cluster (CDH/MapR), load source text files into HDFS, and then create target HIVE tables and build aggregates using Hive components. Talend also has components to read and map files in COBOL. Deliverable is a Java packaged program (JAR) that can be scheduled or run on demand. (Source code will be delivered as well.)
