Website Portal Similar to Rapporative, Smartr Inbox and Boomerang Gmail

Imagine if Rapparative, Boomerang for Gmail and Smartr Inbox were merged together on one portal site. That is what I want to create. And within each of their profiles you can comment on their FB updates, their tweets, or schedule emails to them amongst many other things. This site can also be a chrome plugin so that while you use Gmail you can see this information on the right hand side (just like rapporative and smartr inbox).
