Extract website content into an excel spread sheet

I submitted this project early as a manual data entry project, but the timeframe quoted by freelancers was beyond the expected time. I am now re listing the project with a different approach. Please READ the attached excel and get an understanding before continuing to read. I am now looking to discuss with someone on how the data can be extracted directly from the website onto the excel in an automated way. Since I am looking for data for about 2200+ races. I am looking for something that can be executed on all 2,200+ races. I understand that it may need to include some manual processes, but I am trying to keep it to a minimum. I am open to your creative ideas to complete this task in acceptable timeframes (15 days MAX) A lot of freelancer just bid on projects without understanding which is a waste of both your time and my time.
