79221 Javscript to generate codes

Hi Programmers, I need someone with a strong Javascript background to generate special javascript codes that can be copied on my website. The user needs to input certain datas and when he clicks generate code, the user can just copy and paste those codes. This is rather simple concatenation and no fancy programming. I already have the script with me, it just needs to be enhanced and concatenated to form a set of codes based on user inputs. Thank you!
