Tab Hover Activate Plugin for Maxthon 2

Greetings. I want the below Tab Hover Activate plugin for Maxthon 2.x. It presently works for only 1.x. You can port it or make a new one, either is ok for me, as long as it works. The basic functionality is that I want to hover over the tabs to activate them not to have to click on them. Also the time interval to activate the tab on mouse hover should be 100ms.
