jquery CO management

This is a part of a larger project. This module needs to be done using HTML, jQuery,CSS, Ajax,it will work on client side. I prefer, if is possible, to work with Kendo java script UI library. You can download it from [login to view URL], and use "Blue Opal" theme. I would like each html, java script and CSS to be on separate pages. I would like the project to be done using oriented objected methods. At the end of the project I want all the files used (.htm,.css,.js.....). From the moment is accepted, I want this project done in 4-5 days maximum. Attached is the description of the project.
