Need programmer for dog grooming website changes - URGENT

I need a programmer (individual preferred) to work on a dog grooming website IMMEDIATELY. You'll be making some text changes (resizing) within a bootstrap/responsive design website. Integrating a couple images (2). Integrating 2 JQ/javascript scripts (full documentation, very straighforward). Moving JQ/javascript tooltips within 2 images (script is already installed). Integrate header and footer into individual files inc/[login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so changes to either will be distributed throughout the entire website. Requirements (no exceptions): 5 yrs HTML5 experience 4 yrs JQ/javascript experience 3 yrs CSS3 experience 2 yrs PHP experience 4 yrs responsive design experience 4 yrs bootstrap experience 3 yrs PHP experience This is NOT a job for a beginner or "learning programmer". I need a highly experienced person who knows what they're doing and can get the job done with minimal supervision. I'll pay someone $30 for this project. Then, a big bonus later on if the job is done well after the website produces income. I'll need someone to do future work on this site, so this could be your "in", if you work with me well.
