Add Joomla Image Overlay Module

We require a Joomla experienced programmer to create extension on our site which will allow to overlay a theme icon over an image and allow for text behind image to show on mouse-over. See attached image for detailed example. We will supply images in ready to use form. Project budget is $35.00 US. OK to use existing Joomla module or extension. ***PLEASE NOTE*** our bid code for this project is 32352 if you do not include the bid code in your bid we will immediately DELETE you bid.
