Replicate a bug for me under Windows 10 using Google Chrome

Customers are reporting that they can't checkout on a clients website [login to view URL] when using Windows 10 and Google Chrome. I don't have Windows 10 so looking for a freelancer who is able to replicate the bug and report back what the Developer Tools says is the issue (I suspect it is jQuery related). After adding a product to your cart click on "View Cart" at the top. Then click on the green "Checkout" button. Customers are getting stuck on Step 2 of the Checkout. Multiple users have said they've filled in their details but when they click "Continue" the loading icon appears but nothing happens. If you can replicate the above problem please bid on this project. I'll need a quick screencast/teamviewer/remote desktop session to ensure you have replicated the bug.
