Write some Software

I need somebody who will be able to work on individual pages of a website that I am developing. I will give a basic mock up template of the layout needed and a description of the fields. This project is developed in c# using VS 2015 and SQL Server 2012. I am using jquery and bootstrap for client side interface code and formatting. The database tables will be created, but you will need to create the stored procs to select, delete, insert, and update the data on the page. I will send you the VS project and the database scripts. I will be paying per page development as needed, if the work is good I will continue to use the developer for further development. If this form has never been filled out by a user then the fields should be blank, if data exists for this user then the form must be prepopulated. All text data must user encoding and decoding before entering the database, and data must be sanitized with the following microsoft library. (Example: [login to view URL](emailAddress); ) 1. Organization \ Club Category: This field is a single dropdown list which will display the animal categories and the values will be the AnimalType node id's store in the [dbo].[Nodes] and [dbo].[NodeType] tables. Required field 2. State: A single dropdown list of 50 U.S. States ,located in the States table, which will display the state names and the values will be the two letter state abbreviations. Required field 3. Zip Code: Will be a text box that allows the 5 digit zipcode for the location of the organization or club. This must be validated to be 5 in length and all digits. Required field. 4. Inquiry \ Contact Email Address: Will be a text box that will have to be validated for an email address. Field Required. 5. Short concise description of Organization \ Club's Function: Will be a multi line text box not allowing more then 255 characters, prevented on the client side. Required field. 6. Upload a 950 x 300 pixel jpg, gif, or png image file. Image name must be changed to a GUID before storing and image name (Example: [login to view URL]) stored in the database. The directory that the images are stored in must be modifiable from the [login to view URL] file. (Example: <appSettings><add key="ImageDirectory" value="C:\Images\"/><appsettings>). [login to view URL]["ImageDirectory"]; When uploaded a small scaled version of the image should show along side the upload image component. If another image is uploaded it should delete the old image and overwrite the current image. Using the same GUID ,that is already in the database, for the file name but changing the extension if necessary. 7. First Paragraph: This will be a textarea that will allow a user to type in information about their organization \ club. This field should not allow more then 4000 characters and must be validated on the client side. 8. Second Paragraph: This will be a textarea that will allow a user to type in information about their organization \ club. Preview button: should should display what this text will look like on the client facing web page using a modal pop up. Format it as best you can I will modify it at a later date. As long as all the data displays as text and the image displays on the page it is fine. 11. Save button: this will insert or update the data depending on whether this is a new entry or an update to a previous entry.
