I am looking for an expert in data gathering. I need some one who can find a massive and exhaustive list of every company that works in the area of website development and website building. I need emails definitely. Phone numbers maybe. I don't know how many there are but there must hundreds of thousands of companies that build websites. I need as many as possible. Please tell me how many emails you can get for me, a bit about how you plan to do this work, and what you would charge. If it is easier, we can start small with one state at a time or even once city. If not, I am open to suggestions of the best way to go about this. I don't need all the data at once, it could be many projects over many years. Starting for example, with California, or even Los Angeles, then moving on to other cities or States.
