One my neighbor who is also a very good friend and distant relative is doing illegal Diesel trade by stealing diesel from BCCL(Coal India) jeeps and trucks, and then he is storing almost 100s liters of Diesel adjacent to my house in a very haphazard and leaking manner, Which I suspect can cause fire and risk life of my family, I verbally warned him earlier also multiple times not to do this atleast adjacent to my house, but he is not listening, also I tried to tell this to local police but I found they are taking a bunch of Share from profit too,Our local police was recently in news when they shoot a truck driver when he denied to pay him money, So I am afraid of the police and don't want to indulge with them, Now I am helpless, How I can stop him from storing diesel adjacent to my home.
