one way links

I need quality one way links. Links conditions: - minimum Google PR 4 of the URL where the link is placed (not PR of homepage) - must use anchored text of my choice - each link different C block, no exceptions - no more than 30 out going links on the page on which my will appear - Absolutely no pages or websites that have been banned on Google. - All links pointing to my web site will be static hyperlinks coming from static pages (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) - no temporary links (obviously generated for limited period of time) - Linking sites will be spider friendly. - no java script links, no black hat links, and no rel=nofollow links - no spam, FFA, link farms, message board, blog spam, web ring, software-submission or black hat offers. Simply no cheat. - no automated submissions, must be manually submitted I expect weekly reports. I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead. Quality is important, only once satisfied payment will be made.
