Hello, I'll be glad to help. I've already performed the investigation and detected that the issue is on the Registrar side. The problem is in fact that all Name Servers don't know the parrent Name Servers on which your domain is hosted on. According to 'whois', your Name Servers are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and if i try to resolve your domain name directly on them, i see that the proper records have been created and your site points to CNAME [login to view URL] and the server's IP is 5.77.34.40. But the others NS can't track [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ... this is the issue and it should be fixed on the registrar side. Feel free to ask me any questions. Hello There, Give me your Domain registrar access along with your hosting provider so i will first bring your website back live. if you don't want to share information then send me your Domain name. and the nameserver that your hosting service provide give you. Fault will be related with NS provider. if you are using domain registrar nameserver then A record should be made for hosting server.
