help to set software from GitHub on linux

My current work involves setting up multiple different environments/machine learning models constantly on various Linux Distributions, including Debian 12 and Ubuntu. I also have years of experience configuring fiddly software on Linux, not just related to Machine Learning Models. I looked at the source code, and I feel confident I can set up the project in at most 2 days (just in case something unexpected happens). I actually noticed that the model uses some of the libraries I use daily at work (transformers, pytorch). However, I do not believe I can provide ongoing support in the future (without additional compensation).
