Good Morning - Moving your NetScaler and changing IP addresses should be a fairly straight-forward task. Before we initiate the move, we will need to determine a few things about the current setup of the NetScaler: 1 - Is it in one-arm or two-arm mode 2 - Are there any VLANs on the NetScaler itself 3 - How does the Layer 2 connection change from current position into DataCenter 4 - I am assuming this an MPX (Physical appliance)? 5 - What is the operating system of the NetScaler? I can certainly log in remotely and review the existing configuration and answer those questions above. We can also take a snapshot (pull the running configuration) prior to actually moving the NetScaler. For the record, I am NetScaler 11.0 certified and have moved many NetScaler in the past.
