Need a freelancer to help me out with a task in Dungarpur.
I have an SPoA that needs to be signed between my aunts and me. They will all grant me the ability to sign on their behest. I will sign a "release clause"
It's for an apartment's release deed. The apartment is to be transferred via the will of my deceased grandmother to my father. The will is notarized.
All the documents are attached. Please read everything CAREFULLY before getting in touch. Once everything is read and analysed, only then get in touch via the recruiter.
I need someone, preferably a lawyer directly who will:
- Receive me at Dungarpur when I arrive
- Gotten the documents checked by the local registrar
- Would have made all arrangements for the signing prior to our arrival
- CHECK WHETHER I, THE NEPHEW, AM ELIGIBLE TO SIGN SPOA OR IT CAN BE BETWEEN 1ST DEGREE RELATIVES ONLY. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
- That's why SPoA is between 1 aunt to another aunt. Otherwise, will change the SPoA from aunt-2-aunt to aunt-2-me (nephew) - That SPoA is also ready.
- The no objection letter needs to be notarized only.
- Can it be done in English or is Hindi preferred in Dungarpur? I prefer to give the English documents as they are better recognized in Mumbai!
And all of this in the most expedient manner as we have only a few hours in Dungarpur to get this work done.
