Windows Server deployment assistance - login scripts for Mac specifically

Doing a new Windows Server deployment across a 75 user enterprise. Most of the computers are Mac (about 75%), some are fixed in one of the sites, others will be logging in from home or while traveling. The Macs that are logging in from onsite may have multiple users logging into common computers. Need assistance in streamlining login process, drive mappings, etc. so end user just needs to log in and not worry about getting connected to relevant shares. Of course, login scripts, GPO, powershell (whatever is easiest to manage and most stable) for PCs that are logging in would need to be implemented as well. I am basically looking to shortcut this process instead of googling / spending my own time figuring out and testing the best ways myself (I have plenty of other tasks to focus on to ensure this deployment is successful). I know these aren't terribly custom requirements and many companies have needed (and will need) this type of setup so I'm looking for a quick, easy, tested solution and a great consultant to implement it quickly!
