Virtual Assistant Needed - Business Development and Review

Hi all, I need a sales-oriented male/female, who is trustworthy and competent for the job. This is a Trial project for a month. If all goes well, I'll be revising the project as long-term. You will be responsible for: A. Business Development of my company This involves getting business for us by bidding on various projects and on various websites where we have our presence. For this, you need to have: - a sales- and client-oriented approach - sound communication and inter-personal skills and - an understanding of how to identify good projects, analyze their requirements, bid and track the project till closure. WE WILL provide all necessary background knowledge of our company and competence. For this, we expect you to devote 2 hours each day (choose any time span you are comfortable with and let me know the same. I'll prefer IST morning hours - approx 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM). We work 5 days a week however we would expect you to keep 2 days off during the weekdays and continue bidding on Saturday and Sunday. I expect posting of atleast 10 bids in a day as per the details I provide. B. Review of the Work Submitted by my Writers. This will involve reviewing writer's work as per client's specifications, make necessary edits in track mode, send the reviewed file for sharing learning and fixes by the writer. Review needs to be from two perspectives - mapping to client's requirements + [login to view URL] review. Also need to maintain a Performance Matrix sheet for annual bonus. Initially, I expect you to review 5-6 documents (500 words each)each day. Again this should be comfortably completed on 2 hours. Here, I'll require you to work in a time slot of between 6:00 PM and 08:00 PM five days a week (Mon-Fri). Note: For both the positions, selected providers need to be available on Skype for the agreed upon timings. So, please bid on a monthly basis with highlighting your capabilities and exposure in Business Development and/or Review. I'm fine with selecting differnt individuals for the two tasks.
