We urgently require services of firms or professionals who can develop a business plan, operating manual, procedures and policies. We may consult with different firms and agencies, with whom you have to work with, which may require traveling. The business operations will be based in three different continents. The business has 5 major divisions identified along with two subsidiaries trading solely on internet and electronic mediums. The business will need to raise finance and bank loans. A less details version will be required as well to share with private investors. Thank you for your time.
