ebay custom listings

i would like a professional look to my ebay store to help increase sales of my items. i have one done by someone else but i feel it lacks some things although the ideas came from me. someone who does this often and knows what to do in terms of capturing buyers attention in the niche i sell. please show me some designs on what you have done for ebay stores/ shops in order for me to see your designs imeediate start and finish as as possible would be great. thanks
