Help me with Marketing and Enlistment of Mumbai shops for a Retail E-commerce company

I would like to work with freelancers or firms who can enlist 100 retailers in Mumbai ( in Powai, Andheri , Bandra, Ghatkopar) with 25 shops in each suburb. The task entails going to shop with a designed questionnaire, explanation of the proposition and enlistment form. Enlistment of a retailer is defined by getting their sign on enlistment form a picture of their shop and pics of three or five products. The retailers have to be in prominent shopping areas and cannot be dingy, single counter shops. Time frame typically is two weeks from start of commencement. Submission should be with 30% milestone where I will release milestone payment once 30 shops are submitted.
