I would like to hire a Digital Marketing Expert for my new youtube channel

Hi. I'm starting a new youtube channel and I would like to hire a digital marketing expert for it. You will need to help my channel gain "Legit subscribers $ Views". I will pay you 100$ for first month. However, it will get doubled by next month and will keep increasing if you do a good job. This is my promise. You can consider this as a full time/part time/1 hour daily/2 hour daily work, that's up to you. You performance and compensation will obviously/apparently be gauged on the views and subscribers you bring to the website. Your compensation will be based on 70/30 model. That means, you will definitely get the 70% of your salary every month no matter what, however to get that extra/remaining 30% you will need to meet the assigned/mutually agreed upon targets. I'm looking to expand my channel base in India-Pakistan-Bangladesh only at this moment. Hence, people having experience from these domains will be preferred more.
