MATLAB and MT4 trading algorithm - repost 2

I need someone to code a mathematical trading algorithm in MATLAB to operate in MT4. You will need to be an expert in MATLAB, data mining, machine learning, MT4/MQL4, mathematics, statistics and "out the box thinking". I also need someone that sticks to a strict deadline, once the deadline date has been set. Please don't apply if you do not meet above specifications. A Non disclosure agreement will have to be signed before the job is started. I also have a document and screenshots that breaks down the algorithm, message me for the documents.
