You have to code for AC Optimal Power Flow (OPF) in General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) tool for one network system. The network consists of 30 buses and 6 generators (30-bus system IEEE test case). I will provide you the code in MATPOWER of MATLAB for the mentioned network. You must have good knowledge of electrical power system, OPF and MATPOWER in MATLAB. In addition, you must have skills of coding for AC OPF in GAMS software in order to accomplish this task. If you do not meet the requirement, please do not come to bid.
