Hello! We are a team of Electrical Engineers with experience in hardware and software based solutions development. We have extensive experience in algorithms implementations using Matlab and C++. We employ our mathematical skills with the investigative skills to find the most suitable algorithm for a specific case. We understand your problem statement as follows: filing up an image matrix in MATLAB; a given cost metric has to be minimised. To achieve this aim, a genetic algorithm will generate offspring and chose the top suited one for the next generation till it converges. The filled up matrix array using this technique is the required output. Kindly provide some more details regarding the cost metric and the specific genetic algorithm to be used.
