2 x math problems need to be solved

PROBLEM 1: When betting on heads or tails you have 50% chance of winning. Some people play with a martingale strategy which means you double the stake of each bet to recover losses for example: bet 1: $2 bet 2: $4 bet 3: $8 bet 4: $16 So on bet 4 I have spent $30 in total and won $32 so I am in profit. The problem with this is that if you have a large losing streak you lose all your money because when it keeps doubling you get a crazy high number. What I want worked out is a way to profit and regain all losses without using a traditional martingale. If I bet with odds of x2 so if I bet $10 I win $20 (double my money) how can I assure that i make profits and regain all losses in a way where I gradually raise my betting stake? If I start at $10 and lose then change my second bet to $12 and win I have spent $22 and won $24 so I want something like this that will enable me to lose 22 times i a row and still profit without doubling or rising the price too high. I know it is mathematically possible I just need it worked out in a way that I can understand. PROBLEM 2: I need the following worked out mathematically: (see attachment) I need to know how it will work. How many people I will need to start it and keep it going. I would like the smallest group of people possible and have then re-entering the sequence. Please show me how this can be done simply from beginning to end with easy to follow examples. I will need this within 2 days!!!.
