Project Title: Export Access Database Field to Text Files I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with Microsoft Access databases and can export a specific number of fields to text files. The database two tables, "practice_scripts" and "test_scripts" and each table has four fields, "folder_name", "subfolder_name", "file_name" and "saved_text". I would like a form that opens with two buttons. One button will process the practice_scripts export and the second button will process the test_scripts export. The export will export each record in the table to export to text file. Each text file shall be saved to folder structure that utilizes the folder_name field value and subfolder_name value. The export files are named by the value in the "file_name" field and the contents of the "saved_text" field should be contents of the saved txt file. Example: If there are 5000 records in the table, there should be 5000 text files generated in the applicable folder/subfolder and each text file contains the text in the saved_text field in the database record. The export will save to a folder structure based on the fields called "folder_name" and "subfolder_name" Skills and Experience: - Proficient in using Microsoft Access (Access 2010, Access 2013, or Access 2016) - Previous experience working with Access databases - Ability to export 1-5 fields from the database to text files - Familiarity with data conversion and file manipulation - Attention to detail and accuracy in exporting the fields To apply for this project, please include examples of your past work in exporting fields from Access databases to text files.
