I’ve read your project description and can see that you need a database created to keep track to Landlords, tenants, rent, expenses, etc.
I have 6 year's experience designing and developing Microsoft Access Application with advance knowledge of Database Designing, Forms and Reports designing, SQL, VBA and particular skill in integrated Microsoft Office solutions based upon automation of Excel, Word and Outlook. As your requirements I can do the following….
I can make it so it can be use in Multi-user environment (With different access level for each user.) with log-in dialog.
I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, Search and filter data, Validation rules etc...
I can make printable reports with ability to export data to Word, Excel, PDF etc.
The user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality.
