Android app to bill photocopies and faxes

Simple app. Tables: -Files: FileID, File Number, Last Name, First Name, File Description, DefaultBillingStaffID, DefaultPhotocopyRate, DefaultFaxRate -Transactions: Date-Time, TypeID [1=Fax, 2=Copy, 3=Mail], FileID, StaffID, BillingStaffID, Rate, Number, Billed [yes or no], Comment -Staff: StaffID, Initials, Billable [yes or no] User interface: default user interface should display the following: -Buttons: New File, New Staff -Numberpad -Buttons: Fax, Copy, Mail ---This creates a new transaction. Next prompt is to select the file (can type in file number or last name to narrow the list of files to select), and last prompt is for rate, comment, select staff and billing staff [if staff is Billable, select that staff by default for BillingStaffID. Displays total at the bottom, and a final button to Confirm. -Button: List files. Selecting a file shows transactions, button to add new transaction, which shows numberpad, and so on. -Button: Email data - emails all transactions where Billed = no, and then marks those transactions as Billed if email is successful. Email must be able to use SSL/TRS for SMTP.
