We need a very basic app to be created and submitted to the Apple store (iOS), Google Play (Android phones) and Windows Store (Windows Phone) for a one day event that we are holding. It will have just 3 basic functions: • To load our mobile site in a wrapper (very simple) • Have a QR scanner that will be used by visitors to scan a QR code printed on their event entry ticket (the QR code will contain a unique URL used for each visitor to vote so the app simply needs to load this URL) • Allow us to send push notifications before, during and after the event. I have attached a *very* quick sketch of what we thought it could look like, however there's no reason the it couldn't be changed (I know it looks hideous, it's just to give the gist of what we had in mind!) As long as it has the above three features and looks good we are quite easy :)
