Write an Android application + create website

We are looking for a developer for Android application with following specification: - Google maps with icons of points of interest and events (you can hide/show certain groups). -Administrator can add points of interest (stores/services) to the map via www websites, users can rate these points(1-5 star + text). -Administrator and group of special users can also add events to the map through www portal(where they choose event location and cescription). This www portal is also part of this contract to be created. -Users can make calls and send emails to points of interest directly from this app. -You can get a list of POI sorted by distance from your position based on GPS/Wifi location. Filter of POI type can be applied. -You can get list of events sorted by date. Filter of events type can be applied. -User management (sign-in, log-in/out, user profile). -Regular discussion forum for users. Part of this project is also a websites that are for project promotion and for data entry to application database. We will be happy to cooperate with the same developer on future upgrades and iOS version of this app.
