Hi, my name is Joe. I read your project description and I believe I can help you. I will be using primarily HTML5, CSS and Javascript for the project. Unless you are already using JQuery or Bootstrap, I will not be using those as they add to the download size. For the project, what I have in mind is for two panel side by side (similar to the one in the website) when view in a normal desktop browser. However, when it is viewed in a mobile device, the second panel will slide down below the first one. There are also details like color scheme,font style etc that I would like to know more about.
