Cross Platform Mobile Application Development

Hi, Hope you are well. We are looking to develop a quiz application ideally to work on many mobile platforms, iOS, Android, Windows. Essentially, the quiz application would have, 1. Multiple Choice Questions 2. Divided into multiple levels 3. Rewards (quiz points) based on consistency and correct answers 4. Unlocking of the further levels based on quiz points earned 5. Integration with payment system to get easy rewards We are hoping to develop the application in such a way that it is coded once and can be deployed on most of the established platforms. Technologies like, PhoneGap or SenchaTouch or a similar technologies can be proposed. The ideal developer would have a cross platform mobile development experience and good references for us to look at. We welcome proposals from freelancers ideally based in Ahmedabad, Rajkot (Gujarat, India) who can provide good amount of time on regular basis.
