Game tournament manager

Hello people, I am looking for a professional developer / team who have perfect knowledge of iPhone / Android development ambient. I need to develop an application in order to organize game events, like tournaments. IMPORTANT: - bid only if you have more than 10 apps in your portfolio, people with less will be automatically excluded. - bid only if you speak a good English. - maximum budget is 2500 USD, who will bid more will be automatically excluded from the selection. The app should have those features ( just some details ) - web admin console: the admin can create zones/cities where he will insert the tournaments with the following characteristics * city * partecipation fee * date * type - the admin console must have a nice graphic interface and must be very easy to use - the admin can create accounts for other people and let them create tournaments from the web console - the web console must to have some statistics tools, like total users, tournaments etc. - the web console has the possibility to send an email to the users (like a newsletter) - when the user opens the app on iphone/android the app proposes him the nearest tournaments based on the user's location ( Google Map ) - search: possibility to search with the following parameters: type - location - etc. - favourites: the user can save his favourites tournaments on his device - sharing: the user can share the tournament on facebook/twitter/google+ - news: embed news from other websites The application must to be done for Apple iPhone and Google Android. If the final result will be good, there will be a 300 USD bonus.
