IPhone SIP dialer

We have a need for a SIP dialer for IOS , it should support all versions of Iphone and Ipad. We accept open source dialer customization , such as sipone or linphone . If using the opensource you need to create different look and feel for the dialer . It should support G729 and preferable ZRTP for encryption. Need to get the balance from the server and should display it. We need to use this with different servers , so you need to show us how to hard code the IP address to the dialer and how to change the logo . When dialer installed first time it need to ask only for the user name and password. It should have standard features like display the dialed numbers and duration & integrate with phone contact list etc.
