Simple Project in Mobile

Hi Guys! This is going to be normal application at first. This needs to be developed in three platforms for iphone, blackberry and andriod. This needs to be an application, though this is going to directly connect with a server / internet. I need quote for all the three platforms independently. Project specs:- This application is nothing but users will first register themselves with a simple form with a valid e-mail address. Once they are registered, there will be surveys / polling / tests / quizzes (anyone only). Depending upon the type of project, the users will select and post their results / answers / options, this will be directly connected to a server, where all the information will be stored in a common database. So once all these information are stored admin can either view the results through his PC browser / mobile browser and declare the results. Not only declaring the results he can manage surveys / polling / tests / quizzes (anyone only). The results declared will be visible to all the users depending upon the type of platform they are having. Don't forget to place your bids for three independent platforms.
