I need a designer to create an app for a business venture. I do not have UI. App needs to do the following: 1. home page has image of camera, company logo (user is required to click camera) 2. Click of camera opens their camera (then we want them to take a photo of something) 3. Once 2 photo's are taken, submit two photo's to us via email 4. submission should also include fields for name, phone, email 5. page should have a confirmation - then text to confirm next steps. 6. Photo's and data entry fields can be sent to a nominated email address. Home page should have a separate image that explains the process "point, shoot, upload" I am wIlling to hear cost to produce for iPhone, then separate cost for Android also. Please submit best prices.
