Xamarin web-based MVVM document viewer

We need consultant to do mixed mobile based / web-based document storage application. The IDE is Xamarin Monotouch, MonoDroid (person must have this already, we will not buy this for you), use MVVM to make a series of designs. The project is to make iOS based product that can read/write HTML codes (browser), trap and call the ajax within Safari browser and interact with it. Your portfolio of finished apps must show finished successful finished Monotouch, Monodroid apps.
