App for tracking personal work resultes

iOS App (and later android app) I have a table (like a spread sheet) that people print and use as a template to manually plan and insert the results of their work in a week. It lists 6 different activities in rows and each activity gets Multiplied with a value. That is done for every day of the week (The week days are the columns. Each Sheet (Table) represents one week. The sums for the day and the sum for the week have to be calculated. Each person plans the week regarding points they want to make and they plan their weekly working time (it’s a side business) and then distribute the total time to the days of the week.  This happens manually for every day until the total week time is distributed. Therefore they plan their workload and their points for the week. The results of the accumulation have to be compared (and displayed). The weeks results have to be compared to the last week and to each week. Each week, month, quater has to be printed in a report. The goal is to structure the week and to get work done and to improve every week.
