Codez une application iPhone

This app is not supposed to be like a rocket science break through in coding and we don't have a complicated algorithm to implement, it is more likely to be a puzzle of different thing which already exist in many apps and we want to put them together. The basics of the app is similar to Uber. First, when the user opens the app, after the intro slides, there's a log in page, so we want them to be able to sign up/sign in with Facebook/gmail or create an account. The database of the app is very important and I guess that's the most important part. So after he (Let say Tom as a user), Tom signs in, the next page asks for more info that we want to now about Tom. Some sliders to choose distance (That's it for now). The next page is the home page. Like Uber, there's a map, a "Request" button, and a menu on top left. A button to filter some info on the map (Maybe Tom doesn't want to see every thing on the map because it's full of different things). On the map, there are some icons, which are the location of other users, (I have a question here: is it possible to ask for the location always or it over consumes the battery? if it does over consume it, we want to ask for the location of every users like every 5 min, then we save this location to the database and each user's entry, so we know where they are, all the time.) (another scenario is that, when they have their cellphones in their pocket and in the lock-screen mode, is it possible to get their location?) We need to sent notifications on their cellphones occasionally, they can take photo in the app and send it in a private chat environment. And maybe we want to have online money transfer (like paypal, I now there are bunch of online payment gateways APIs like PayPal and Braintree, venmo) This not fully clear at this point but I'll give more information about this project to the selected freelancer Thanks
