Porting a project from iOS to Android can be daunting task, but luckily you already have a JSON API and servers up and running. I've setup the milestones in a way that allows me to deliver chunks of the program that allows you to monitor my progress and give you peace of mind quickly that I am capable of doing the task at hand. I'm finishing my CS degree at Portland State University right now and we're on a holiday weekend so I can dedicate the next couple of days to getting your project up and running and I am also willing to negotiate maintaining your app or providing technical documentation for my code. The first milestone/step is porting the authentication and account creation portions of your app to Android to ensure that it can communicate with your servers.
