emulate unique android device id / location / network settings

I am running Android Emulator on windows pc. The android game/app detects my devices/emulators have the same location,device id, network settings, etc. The game/app will not allow login with multiple devices from same location. A simple VPN and GPS spoofer does not solve the problem. As the game/app looks at other things such are network settings, mac address, running processes, etc. Goal. To play game on multiple devices at same time using emulator on windows.
