Multivendor Android App

I will like to have an Android APP that has GPS Capability for viewing the location of vendors. The Vendors should be able to post their products and when buyers click on the product it shows location of the vendor. It should also show other vendors selling the same product and their location. The location of the buyer should also be seen by the [login to view URL] app should enable buyers to pay for products on the app and release the payment after receipt and acceptance of the product. Merchant/Vendor Create Account (All details should be captured just like normal B2B eCommerce) The Vendor should send his Business Registration Documents After verification, the vendor account will be active. The Vendor will Post Images of His Products and Description to predefined categories The vendor can state price as negotiable or fixed. Free account has limitation on the number chats he/she can chat with buyers but he can see Potential buyers who wants to chat with him. The APP should always locate the location of the vendor using the GPS Other Features The Vendor can view the buyers history of purchase/reviews from other vendors to to determine the buyers potential. The vendor can also chat with other Vendors/Merchants as reference of the buyer. The vendor can re-sell products from other merchant/vendor only if he pays off the other merchant on special resell price. Vendors can pay for their products to be featured . Vendor can pay trade assurance fee to the Admin of the APP so that a buy can pay for product in full before shipping. NOTE : Other feature are just like a multi-vendor system. Buyer/Customer Create Account , (All registration details View Shop Select a product you want to buy, Note: On the eShop, and when someone clicks a product, It should show other merchants supplying same product it should show from cheap to the most expensive. It should also show their location. The buyer should click on the Vendor of his choice, Chat with the vendor on the pricing and agree. Once they agree on the price, he should feed agreed price on the system and click pay. Note : The pay serves as trade assurance and will only be released upon receipt of the purchased item. If the buyer is not satisfied, he/she will be charged shipping fee and the other fee refunded to the buyer. Other Features The buyer can buy for someone and let it be shipped as a surprise. The buyer can pay some assurance fee and let sellers prioritize his searches. The buyer can type what he/she wants on search and all vendors can compete to offer the [login to view URL] buyer will view all vendors location,prices they offer etc The buyer will pick vendor of his choice, discuss and bargain the product. Once they agree he she or types in the price. The buy will pay and ONLY realize the funds once he/she receives the product. NOTE: All features remain as normal multi-vendor APP. ADMIN MULTIVENDOR Approve Merchant application Set listing Fee View all transactions Set percentage on sales commission i.e, for every successful sale the system deducts a certain commission. Manage all accounts NB. All multivendor features .... Check and give me suitable offer. All bidders must show previous related work. The offer should not go beyond 1000 USD.
