Scratch game application for iphone/android

Hi,
We are looking for a team who will be able to develop an application for both iphone and android.
It will be a scratch game application with differents features :
- 30+ scratch games
- Account management
- Daily quests
- Experience management and achievements
- lotteries
- notifications
- etc.
We are waiting several services from the team we will hire :
- Development of the apps
- Graphics/animations realization (with a cartoon environment)
- Strong advertising consulting
- Taylor made reporting
We have written specifications that will be shared with the team we will select in order to describe all the features wanted in our app.
After this project, we will work with the team about the follow-up of the apps (updates, additionnal scratch games integration, etc.)
The application must be available in English and French (we will provide the translation work).
For this project we are looking for a development team with experience in casino games, social gaming and graphic creation. We will need the team to be available and we will requiere alpha and beta test phase made by you and us.
