Tone Playback on Andriod and IOS with Xamarin

I am overseeing a Xamarin project that needs audio tone generation. We are using latest VS 2017 and targeting the last three major releases of Andriod and IOS. Each tone playback sequence will consist of two frequencies, a duration for each frequency, and the pause time between frequencies. Here is the model for a tone sequence.
