We would like a login feature for our mobile application that allows the user to login to an account (which we will provide) at [login to view URL] using the Wordpress API v2 and basic authentication. Thumbprint login would be a great option to add if possible. This will need to be done using JavaScript as the application is built using Cordova/Phonegap. Once successful, we will need the source code as well as all usage/ownership to the source code. The site already has the basic authentication plugin installed and has successfully used basic authentication to pass login credentials (via postman) but all JavaScript attempts are failing with server error 500.
